In this month’s IAB Australia exclusive member Policy and Privacy Briefing, Peter Leonard provides important background on the range of submissions received as part of Phase 1 of the review of the Australian Privacy Act as well as discussing the consultation process. Over 140 submissions were received addressing 68 questions in the Attorney General’s Privacy Act Issues Paper released late in 2020.
