The 2023-24 Federal budget was handed down by the Federal Treasurer, the Hon Jim Chalmers MP, on Tuesday night, and there are a number of funding allocations that are of interest to our industry with increased funding in relation to privacy, e-safety, cybersecurity, combatting scams and integration of AI and quantum tech into business operations as well as some funds to support startups.set out in Budget Paper 2.
