Please give us some historical background to the company:
Uncommon Media is part of the Uncommon Group, run by Media and AdTech veterans with decades of experience of running and growing media related businesses in the industry around the world. It was created to provide a vehicle for our consulting services , with an initial focus on Retail Media specifically and the GTM of www.adhese.eu in APAC Within the Uncommon Group we also have Uncommon People , a specialist talent advisory firm which means we have access to exceptional talent to help scale initiatives quickly and expertly.
Tell us a little bit about your company's mission and vision?
Our mission is to empower all stakeholders in (Retail) media to trade effectively with autonomy, transparency and consumer trust and privacy in mind.

What area of digital do you personally work in and how do you hope to enhance this within your business?
