13 October 2011 – Australian vertical advertising network operator The Ad Network has expanded its dedicated Real Estate Ad Network globally with a foray into the US market.

The company said the combined networks will allow access to approximately 50 million monthly unique visitors across Australia, New Zealand, and US markets.

The Real Estate Ad Network (REAN) has secured exclusive advertising rights to American corporations Zip Realty, Real Plus (a New York State multi listing service), as well as The Real Deal along with 3700 broker firms and is in the process of launching several integrated advertiser campaigns in the coming week.

“In recent years we have seen an increasing number of prospective home buyers utilising the internet as their primary source of information,” said Beth O’Brien, co-founder and CEO of REAN.

“We facilitate this shift by making it simple for advertisers to integrate content and tap into the existing relationships these iconic brands have with consumers and businesses on the move, while helping the real estate industry capitalise on the growing movement of real estate advertising dollars online”.

REAN offers advertisers access to targeted audiences who are focused on real estate and are transaction ready across an aggregated audience of home owners, investors, business decision makers and real estate enthusiasts across all real estate touch points including web, mobile, email, print, point of sale, and local area marketing.

The Australian network has added several site partners in the past 18 months, most recently adding The Barry Plant Group, Stockdale & Leggo, RE/MAX and Onthehouse.com.au
