2025: Xero, a cloud-based accounting software operating globally, has different messages they need to promote to different markets and they need to update 3-4 times a month in all markets across the full funnel. Xero looked to significantly streamline their creative building and campaign management process in order to reduce their key success metrics, cost per acquisition (CPA) for sign ups and Purchase Orders.

The team at Xero leveraged Smartly to help them scale the creation of ads on Meta’s channels, allowing them to update them in real-time across live campaigns without the need to pause, upload and reactivate ads. Since adopting Smartly, Xero has seen an average drop of 37% in their CPAs, and a 224% improvement in their conversion rate for POs, while also reaching 23% more people.
