Google: Online Cross-Shopping Behaviour for Footwear

When it comes to shopping for shoes, retailer sites are giving brand sites a run for their money – claiming up to 78% of sales. To better understand why, we did an analysis of how consumers cross-shop and found that 68% of them visited two or more competitor sites before making a purchase at their retailer of choice.
